The NBC‑17 SOF 40 mm CBRN Filter is a compact, high-performance cartridge designed to deliver full-spectrum protection against chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear threats. Compatible with all standard 40 mm NATO-threaded gas masks, TAPRs, and PAPRs, this filter is built for both professional and civilian emergency preparedness.
Its lightweight, impact-resistant shell makes it ideal for tactical or long-duration use, while its small size ensures a low-profile fit—perfect for tight gear setups. Despite being more compact than the NBC‑77 SOF, it provides comparable levels of defense, including against organic vapors, acid gases, ammonia, radioactive iodine, VOCs, and chemical warfare agents.
With a tested filtration efficiency of over 99.999% at 95 L/min, the NBC‑17 SOF meets rigorous international safety standards. It has a 10-year factory-sealed shelf life, ensuring long-term reliability for emergency kits, bug-out bags, or professional deployment.
Note: This filter is not compatible with certain powered air-purifying respirator systems (such as MB‑90 PAPRs) due to its reduced thread length.
